I have been employed by Tailored Transitions since February this year and would highly recommend the company to anyone who is passionate about working in care. It’s undoubtedly the best job I have ever had and the sense that you’re making a difference to the lives of the individuals in the homes is so rewarding! As per my title it really does feel like a huge family. Staff, managers and the individuals and their friends and family enjoy activities, celebrations, sports events etc together and the whole feel of the company/staff ethos is that person centred care is exactly what everyone strives for. Staff appreciation days etc are great fun, team building etc and other events make it a fun place to work.

This has been the best job I have ever had, every day is different, I feel valued and appreciated as an employee, it is 1-1 care which is lovely lots of quality time with the individuals, we have so much fun and that is what it is all about helping the individuals to live their best lives. The best part of the job is seeing how happy and cared for the individuals are. The management are lovely and they treat the individuals like their own family. This is a really special place and I'm so glad I work here.

There's no difference between management and staff when it comes to service delivery. All hands on deck.
